The Coffee JAR started with one shop lot and taken the shop lot beside it later on, you will find that there are two design concepts in one shop. One is designed with a retro concept where you can find retro furniture, cassette player, etc and the other shop lot in a modern design


Once you step into the shop, there will be an aromatic smell of coffee. You will see them roasting the coffee beans on the spot. You will definitely want to try out their coffee, such as espresso and cappuccinos. Their Matcha Oatmilk is also a must-try drink. They do sell coffee beans where you can brew it at home yourself.

The Daily Fix Café is one of the popular cafes that locals love to visit. The café will be crowded most of the time, especial during the morning, and you may have to wait. But, it definitely worth the wait.   The homey ambiance allows you to relax yourself as you enjoy your coffee. 


If you visit this café, you must try their pandan pancakes which is what they are known for. They have a few toppings, such as gula melaka, for you to choose. You will definitely won’t forget the taste. They have other Malaysian and Indonesian desserts which you may want to try. Their croissant comes in different flavours. Their salted egg yolk croissant is one of the popular items. Mods Café is one of the coolest cafés in Malacca. The moment you step into the shop, you will find an orange Volkswagen Kombi camper van in the middle of the shop. You will also find vinyl records on the walls. 


Whether you love your coffee with milk or without milk, there will be one that you would like. They also homemade cakes and scones to go with your coffee. The price can be slightly higher than other cafes but definitely worth the price.
